These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platinum Peptides website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Eligibility & Research Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution to purchase from us. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or medical use. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using products in accordance with applicable laws and safe laboratory practice. See our Research Use Only policy.

2. Products & Information

Product descriptions, including any purity figures, reflect information provided by our manufacturers and are offered for reference only. We make no warranty that any product is fit for a particular purpose. Product images are for illustration.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We accept Interac e-Transfer; orders are processed and shipped once payment has cleared. Using your Order ID as the payment reference is required. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

4. Orders & Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment is not received within a reasonable time or where we suspect misuse. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and any reserved stock released.

5. Shipping

Shipping is handled per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from the misuse of products, including any human or animal use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and intended research use comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
