Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped once your Interac e-Transfer payment has cleared. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly.

Delivery

We ship across Canada via Xpresspost. Most Canadian addresses arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch, though remote areas may take longer. A tracking number is provided as soon as your package ships.

Shipping costs

A flat shipping rate applies to most orders, and shipping is free on orders over $300. The exact rate is shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, contact support@platinumpeptides.ca and we will help trace it with the carrier.
