Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity depends on proper storage and handling, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@platinumpeptides.ca within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment is received or before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued by Interac e-Transfer to the email used for the original payment, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Not eligible

Opened, used, or improperly stored products, and items returned without prior authorization, are not eligible for refund.
